Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate on concept design, feasibility studies, schematic design, design development, presentations, and production.
  • •Translate Flow’s brand vision into architectural solutions for residential, hospitality, and lifestyle developments.
  • •Ensure coordination across architecture, interiors, landscape, lighting, MEP, structural, and specialist consultants.
  • •Develop and maintain design solutions using Revit for 2D drawings, 3D models, design studies, and construction documentation.
  • •Support construction administration through submissions reviews, site inspections, design reviews, and progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • •10+ years of professional architectural experience, preferably in residential, hospitality, mixed-use, wellness, or lifestyle developments.
  • •Highly proficient in Revit; strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Bluebeam and Figma preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of building systems, materials, detailing, accessibility, and functional building operations.
  • •Comfortable coordinating across architecture, interiors, landscape, lighting, MEP, structural, and specialist consultants.
