Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience, educate customers on digital and self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile), and support sales efforts through outbound calls and offer/need identification. Use Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and branch leadership routines to serve consumer and business clients, including secondary support for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions with accurate handling of funds and records.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls and identifying client offers, needs, and opportunities; refer clients to branch teammates/specialists as needed.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
•Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
•Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

•Proficiency with personal computer (PC) skills and basic computer applications (including Microsoft Office), with ability to multitask under time constraints.
