Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise planning, organizing, and directing production activities and employee placement, training, and development within the assigned plant area.
  • •Lead and model KHMS using daily performance meetings, leader standard work, and corrective/preventive actions via problem-solving tools.
  • •Ensure food quality and safety compliance by following GMPs, SOPs, and Kraft Heinz specifications; report safety and quality defects and eliminate repeat failures.
  • •Deliver cost/variance and plan execution for productivity, scheduling, labor, raw materials, packaging supplies, sanitation, and housekeeping.
  • •Drive process improvements and team performance through coaching and training, supporting continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Technology, or related field, or equivalent related experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of supervisory and managerial experience, preferably in a food-manufacturing environment.
  • •Understanding of manufacturing processes, production lines, and equipment.
  • •In-depth knowledge of State and Federal rules/regulations such as EEO, OSHA, FDA, and USDA.
  • •Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
