Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the company’s total compensation philosophy, frameworks, and programs aligned to talent and business objectives.
  • •Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs (salary structures, job architecture, career levels, incentive plans, and policies) across multiple countries.
  • •Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay practices globally.
  • •Lead annual compensation planning processes including merit cycles, promotions, market adjustments, and compensation budgeting.
  • •Design and implement equity strategy and policies, maintain equity records, and prepare materials and recommendations for the Compensation Committee.
