Own and evolve global total compensation and equity programs to help attract, retain, and reward talent across multiple countries. Build compensation frameworks covering salary structures, leveling, job architecture, incentive plans, and annual merit cycles, while running market benchmarking and regulatory monitoring. Partner with Finance and People to translate analytics into actionable recommendations. Create equity strategy, maintain grant/vesting records, and educate employees on total compensation value.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve the company’s total compensation philosophy, frameworks, and programs aligned to talent and business objectives.
•Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs (salary structures, job architecture, career levels, incentive plans, and policies) across multiple countries.
•Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive pay practices globally.
•Lead annual compensation planning processes including merit cycles, promotions, market adjustments, and compensation budgeting.
•Design and implement equity strategy and policies, maintain equity records, and prepare materials and recommendations for the Compensation Committee.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of demonstrated experience in compensation or total rewards supporting global organizations, preferably in a start-up environment.
•Deep expertise in compensation program design and administration, including salary structures, job architecture, leveling frameworks, market benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles.
•Experience managing equity compensation programs, including grant administration, reporting, and employee education.
•Strong business and financial acumen to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence decision-making.
•Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
