•Own the story in pre-sales by partnering with Sales to position services, shape deals, and demonstrate value from day one
•Scope success by translating business and technical requirements into clear Statements of Work (SOWs) including scope, timelines, and responsibilities
•Design AI-powered solutions to rethink customer experience rather than merely automating existing workflows
•Assess complexity and guide the right approach, translating deals into actionable SOWs and ensuring feasibility across workspace, migration, and integrations
