Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with key government decision-makers; act as a focal point for the Company.
  • •Coordinate and advocate with local, regional, and national officials to achieve desired outcomes for activities in-country.
  • •Support public relations internally and externally by ensuring appropriate profile, publicity level, and messaging alignment with vision and objectives.
  • •Secure authorizations and permissions, manage outstanding applications, and respond to authority queries in a timely manner.
  • •Submit progress reports and applications for agreements and periodic reporting, and ensure correspondence is aligned with company policies with records retained.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of government settings/functions and requirements applicable to the Company’s work in the region.
  • •Proven networking skills with decision-makers across ministries and local authorities.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
