•Act as a liaison between product, operations, and customer service to integrate logistics policy changes.
•Serve as an escalation point for customer service on logistics-related issues.
•Produce weekly/monthly reports and case studies, and develop actionable solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
•Establish standard processes and create SOPs, training, and help documentation for logistics issues and products.
•Lead cross-functional projects: develop plans, facilitate meetings, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and support claims coordination. Ensure alignment across parties throughout the claims process.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•+3 years of program/project management experience in e-commerce, ideally supporting customer/seller support operations.
•Drive user experience improvement or contact reduction programs/projects with quantifiable results.
•Work effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning multiple stakeholders and influencing without authority.
•Adapt to ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
•Written and oral proficiency in English and Spanish for partnering with external logistics stakeholders (e.g., carriers).
