Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop instructors to support their success and growth.
  • •Manage the execution of instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), and other ad-hoc training delivery.
  • •Identify and prioritize cargo course offerings and manage instructor schedules to meet global terminal training needs.
  • •Partner with Skyview 5 and Skyview 6 management to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a professional learning environment.
  • •Support in the development and updating of cargo curriculum, and prioritize station and vendor requests for in-station training needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with cargo operations.
  • •Proficiency in MS Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Learning Hub, Concur, and iCargo.
  • •Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access privileges (SIDA) if applicable.
