Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the required curriculum with accurate, up-to-date subject knowledge.
  • •Plan and deliver quality lessons and create learning materials and classroom environments for different learning styles.
  • •Establish and maintain records including year plans, attendance, teaching resources, and assessment plans.
  • •Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment; use assessments to meet individual student needs.
  • •Promote student wellbeing, manage behavior and discipline, supervise safe conduct, and collaborate on school activities, meetings, and co-curricular programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Embody and role model core values of respect, innovation, leadership, purpose, and tenacity.
  • •Hold a B.Ed or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent L5 teaching qualification.
  • •Preferably have double teaching certification to teach High School Science (Biology) and Math (Algebra).
  • •Have at least 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject area and age group.
  • •Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills to build relationships with students and colleagues.
