Build and ship full product features across the frontend, backend, APIs, and databases for BJAK’s AI Neobank app. Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Solve ambiguous product problems with clean UX and reliable backend logic, collaborate across product/design/mobile/backend/AI teams, and own your work through monitoring, debugging, and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and operate at scale; monitor, debug, learn, and improve post-release.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Strong frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
•Strong backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense and the ability to simplify messy workflows while working end-to-end with ambiguity.
