Job Summary

Support and strengthen information security and compliance programs by coordinating ISO 27001 and SOC 2 processes, running audits and control self-assessments, and managing remediation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, IT, Cloud & Information Security, Operations, Finance, and People to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met. Help administer GRC workflows, support third-party risk activities, contribute to incident coordination/root-cause analysis, and drive employee awareness and policy improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate ISO 27001:2022 ISMS processes, including internal/external audits, annual control self-assessments, and post-audit reporting/remediation.
•Coordinate SOC 2 auditing processes and lead general compliance audits/reviews for policy non-compliance areas.
•Administer GRC workflows and manage the annual information security policy review and improvement process.
•Lead external party on-site audits as required and support third-party risk management (supplier/service onboarding due diligence and annual reassessments).
•Support incident coordination and contribute to root cause analysis of security incidents, while helping drive employee awareness and onboarding training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 80,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of operations, compliance, risk management, or internal audit experience.
•2–4 years of audit experience, with ISO 27001 or similar, or data privacy education/certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CIPP/C).
•Experience with GRC tools (OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, etc.).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
•Ability to manage projects and priorities independently and lead audit/review processes end-to-end.
