Key Responsibilities

  • •Support AI transformation for the Field Sales organization by enabling GenAI-powered experiences across the sales funnel.
  • •Design and build a horizontal foundation that centralizes and standardizes shared, trusted context data for AI applications.
  • •Own the end-to-end feedback loop strategy by capturing, evaluating, and feeding AI outputs back into the system.
  • •Ensure continuous improvement of model performance and support retraining through production measurement and evaluation.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI, including proactively using AI in personal projects and building AI-driven automations (beyond basic text generation).
  • •Experience working with Generative AI systems, with strong focus on measuring GenAI in production.
  • •Ability to design feedback loop mechanisms and operationalize AI performance improvement at scale.
  • •Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
