Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support cross-functional engineering efforts across the full design and development lifecycle to ensure alignment, momentum, and results
•Coordinate with Integrated Product Team Leads and Program Managers to define requirements, manage risks/opportunities, and meet schedules and budgets
•Operate with limited supervision to meet technical, financial, and schedule targets for projects
•Perform and manage Control Account Management (CAM) activities
•Create bid and proposal efforts in Bid Master Web (BMW) and manage IMS for the DevSecOps scope

Key Requirements

•A STEM degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience;
•Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
•Bid and proposal experience in Aerospace & Defense industries
•Experience with project planning including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project
•Experience in risk and opportunity management; Scrum Master and/or Product Owner experience; Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
