Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of avionics and mission systems within aircraft.
  • •Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for secondary structures and system components. Large assembly model management.
  • •Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs against performance requirements and regulatory standards (hand calculations and FEA).
  • •Build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production
  • •Lead design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, define and execute hardware test plans
