Job Summary

Own marketing operations finance processes by leading exception-based governance and human-in-the-loop controls in an AI/RPA-enabled environment. Oversee end-to-end execution for scoped activities, define sampling and acceptance criteria, and drive defensible decisioning. Serve as business product owner for automation workflows, ensuring UAT readiness, release communications, and stabilization feedback. Deliver leadership reporting through operational dashboards and non-compliance trend analysis, supporting close and accrual governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee end-to-end execution for assigned scope (reservations, claims, program doc), ensuring cycle time, quality, and compliance outcomes.
•Lead human-in-the-loop controls by defining sampling approach, overseeing exception escalation, and ensuring defensible decisions.
•Define acceptance criteria and track false-positive/false-negative themes, initiating corrective actions with business, IT, and operations teams.
•Own knowledge base/policy stewardship by maintaining a “source of truth” mapping of guidelines to operational rules/AI knowledge base and managing change as requirements shift.
•Act as business product owner for automation workflows and drive reporting/insights via operational dashboards and non-compliance trend analysis; support close and accrual governance with complete evidence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 65,100 - 93,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
•Strong experience in finance/accounting operations with demonstrated leadership in process governance and stakeholder management.
•Experience in automation/AI-enabled operations, UAT, or business product ownership for workflow tools.
•Experience building/using operational dashboards (Power BI or similar) and translating metrics into actionable decisions.
•Good spoken and written English; experience with audit readiness, sampling design, or control testing support is preferred.
