Key Responsibilities

  • •Decide which problems to solve and own the end-to-end ML pipeline: collection, dataset curation, training, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • •Drive real-world ML development using field-owned devices, building ideas that can be built and tested on real roads.
  • •Develop vision models at large scale processing 11 million images/day for tasks including detection, segmentation, classification, embeddings, and re-identification.
  • •Apply classical CV methods and custom-trained SOTA models, selecting the right approach and training when off-the-shelf solutions are insufficient.
  • •Work across edge and cloud constraints to deploy fast, small, power-efficient inference without sacrificing accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 6 years of software engineering focused on machine learning and/or computer vision, with true end-to-end experience taking models from raw data to production.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals plus hands-on ML: write production-quality code and train/debug models comfortably across both areas.
  • •Owned the full model lifecycle in production: trained, deployed, monitored, and iterated beyond the notebook.
