Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop physics for multiple types of scanning electron microscope (SEM) columns and detectors used in semiconductor imaging and metrology.

Key Requirements

  • •Up-to-date semiconductor device physics and experience developing charged particle and x-ray detectors.
