Job Summary

Own the commercial growth and success of Adyen’s F&B vertical by shaping and executing global go-to-market strategy and performance. Partner with the Head of F&B and Hospitality to drive revenue growth for net-new acquisition and existing customer expansion across NA and EMEA, while acting as the vertical SME. Provide customer insights on trends, pricing, packaging, POS/loyalty/channel dynamics, and product partnership opportunities to inform initiatives and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the F&B vertical’s performance, supporting general management and strategic direction.
•Define and drive global commercial strategy for F&B, producing deliverables like go-to-market playbooks, competitive analysis, and business cases.
•Act as the internal and external SME for F&B, understanding POS, loyalty, and channels (online, drive-thru, kiosk).
•Drive product and partnership strategy by analyzing customer behavior to identify innovation and ecosystem partnership opportunities.
•Develop and maintain customer segmentation to inform growth initiatives and identify strategic opportunities or risks using industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 186,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience combining deep F&B industry knowledge (restaurants, coffee and/or F&B vertical SaaS) with expertise in payments or financial technology.
•Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop winning strategies backed by data.
•Proven track record driving commercial success and managing complex blockers to achieve commercial goals.
•Experience and passion for GTM strategy and execution.
•Ability to package customer feedback into data-driven business cases and influence stakeholders across Commercial, partnerships, and product.
