Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across development, testing, and production environments.

  • •Strong expertise in ServiceNow components including Workflow Data Fabric (WDF), Integration Hub/Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
  • •Experience implementing ServiceNow security and authentication frameworks, including role-based access controls and secure integration practices.
  • •ServiceNow AI/inelligent automation experience, plus ServiceNow certifications: CSA and CAD (mandatory).
