Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger and more complex power projects, ensuring team members understand deliverables, timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations.
  • •Develop proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans, and lead project planning through execution and closeout.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
  • •Participate in technical aspects of contract negotiation, presentations, and client meetings.
  • •Provide regular project reporting, manage client relationships, and ensure safety standards, QA/QC adherence, and ethical use of company resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, construction, or project management discipline (or equivalent A/E/C, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting experience).
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience managing projects in the power delivery industry.
  • •Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes, including experience with delivery models such as DBB, EPC, and PDB.
  • •Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen to bridge project execution and business needs.
  • •Advanced proficiency in communication and technical writing, using PM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
