Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct structured assessments across business units to identify workflows where AI can deliver time and cost savings, and build prioritized opportunity backlogs with ROI framing.
  • •Architect and build AI-powered solutions (including LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and ML-assisted workflows) from concept through production, using prototypes to validate feasibility and value.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders, product management, and engineering to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete AI solution designs and communicate tradeoffs.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, including integration with existing systems, API design, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring while meeting reliability, security, and scalability needs.
  • •Develop internal tooling, documentation, and training to enable non-technical teams, and help define standards for responsible AI deployment (privacy, bias mitigation, auditability, compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years professional experience in software engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline with a track record of shipping production systems.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including LLM-based applications, intelligent automation, or ML-assisted workflows.
  • •Experience conducting process/workflow assessments to identify automation or AI opportunities across business functions.
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Hands-on expertise with LLM APIs, RAG/agent frameworks, cloud (AWS or equivalent), and building AI-enabled APIs, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
