Job Summary

Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure by monitoring servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. Analyze system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, and support hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance. Manage user access and security controls, perform backups with disaster recovery testing, and coordinate infrastructure upgrades and migrations. Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with security and governance policies while working with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
•Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
•Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
•Manage user access, security controls, and system compliance requirements, including backups, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity planning.
•Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects; work with vendors and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and diagrams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network administration.
•Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
•Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.
•Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud (and familiarity with virtualization such as VMware).
