Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide electrical, instrumentation, and combustion system support for maintenance, operation, quality assurance, and control of industrial furnaces.
  • •Troubleshoot, inspect, calibrate, adjust, and perform temperature and accuracy surveys of furnaces.
  • •Conduct furnace temperature uniformity surveys and system accuracy tests, maintaining fabrication and upkeep of thermocouple test and calibration stands.
  • •Maintain furnace-related electrical systems including PLCs, HMI, controls, and interlocks.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate (AS) degree in Electrical, Manufacturing Controls (PLCs), or equivalent education plus relevant maintenance experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical and/or instrumentation experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs.
  • •Demonstrated ability to read and understand control logic, flow diagrams, instrument loops, and P&IDs; prior burner management system maintenance is a plus.
