Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement comprehensive Construction Logistics Management Plans (CLMP) for large-scale construction projects.
  • •Manage site logistics operations including material movement, traffic management, workforce access, laydown yards, equipment staging, and temporary facilities coordination.
  • •Plan and control space allocation for contractors, storage areas, fabrication zones, offices, parking, utilities, cranes, and heavy equipment operations.
  • •Monitor material receiving, storage, preservation, inventory movement, and distribution activities across the project site.
  • •Conduct regular site logistics audits/inspections and coordination meetings to monitor contractor compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • •10–15+ years of experience in construction logistics management, site operations, industrial project coordination, or large-scale infrastructure execution.
  • •Minimum 5+ years managing logistics operations for EPC/EPCC industrial, semiconductor, data center, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or infrastructure construction projects.
  • •Proven experience coordinating contractor logistics, heavy equipment movement, temporary facilities, and site space utilization in complex construction environments.
  • •Proficiency in logistics planning software, BIM coordination platforms, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.
