Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of 6–8 forward-deployed AI engineers embedded across paid media, lifecycle marketing, data science, and marketing analytics.
•Identify the highest-priority work, clear obstacles, and raise the quality of what the team builds.
•Connect the dots across functions and ensure effective patterns spread across embedded teams.
•Partner on hiring and develop the team’s capabilities while helping establish the forward-deployed AI playbook.
•Provide substantive engagement with AI work through fluent understanding of agentic systems, RAG, LLM evaluation, and tool orchestration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,700 - 303,300 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years managing people in AI, data science, machine learning, or a closely related technical field.
•Strong working knowledge of modern AI concepts including agentic systems, knowledge graphs, RAG, context window management, and tool use.
•Experience working in a marketing or marketing technology organization with an understanding of how marketing functions operate.
•Proven ability to develop people, with evidence that engineers or analysts you managed increased capability and impact.
•Strong presentation and communication skills for VP-level/executive audiences.
