Key Responsibilities

  • •Create inventory requests from production work orders and replacement parts.
  • •Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery across receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources, and work centers.
  • •Verify received materials for conformity, damage, part numbers, quantity, and revisions before releasing work orders.
  • •Perform de-kitting operations and manage return-to-stock and purge processes.
  • •Maintain production schedules using planning and shortage management while keeping MRP/ERP data accurate and reporting needs, deliverables, and constraints to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ year(s) of supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, or operations experience.
  • •Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MRP software.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in extreme outdoor environments, and operate machinery such as forklifts and loaders as needed.
