Key Responsibilities

  • •Create detailed finishing schedules by reviewing design specifications with the team.
  • •Develop and manage the finishing budget, tracking expenses and variances.
  • •Source, procure, and inspect materials to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • •Coordinate contractors, owners, designers, and suppliers; secure samples, review offers, and provide regular updates.
  • •Oversee construction implementation and finishing works (e.g., facades, plastering, painting, woodwork, MEP/HVAC, landscaping, pool), including reviewing shop drawings, maintaining records, enforcing safety, and submitting daily/weekly progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • •12+ years of professional experience in project management for high-end projects, including budgets and procurement.
  • •PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferable.
  • •Proficiency using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management software.
  • •Arabic speaking is required.
