Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily Transportation Motor Pool operations, clerical staff, and fleet dispatchers.
  • •Manage dispatcher assignments for vendor pickups, customer vehicle pickups, special requests, and maintenance/dispatching of GSA fleet vehicles.
  • •Prepare GSA monthly billing reports and fleet mileage reports; prepare and process OPORDS and reports requested by the government.
  • •Represent the department professionally with internal and external stakeholders and handle customer/vendor calls and issues.
  • •Maintain statistical and safety/accident reporting, including records for fuel usage, vehicle utilization, invoices, timekeeping accuracy, and FAST reporting data.

Key Requirements
