Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive full product readiness ownership for new terminal and accessory launches and rollouts, aligning cross-functional teams and unblocking dependencies.
  • •Oversee alignment across software, hardware, security, and operations, managing dependencies across teams.
  • •Identify and resolve technical, compliance, and logistical risks early to protect launch dates.
  • •Refine the NTI process after every launch to improve rollout quality each time.
  • •Coordinate technical debt modernization by deprecating and upgrading legacy systems with minimal disruption to live merchant environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience launching complex physical products at scale across suppliers and multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • •5–7 years in fintech, payments, or hardware tech is a plus (with proven physical-product launch experience prioritized).
  • •Functional understanding of POS terminal architecture and Terminal Management Systems to make informed decisions independently.
  • •Comfort with curveballs; push for decisions rather than only documenting dependencies.
  • •Use data to drive alignment, including experience building and running RAID logs and program dashboards.
