Job Summary

Staff/Senior Product Designer to lead the Global Q-Commerce Hub squad, shaping design strategy and end-to-end product design for a data-driven B2B SaaS-like platform in a global delivery ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, drive research, and deliver production-ready web and mobile experiences using Figma, influencing product decisions across 70+ countries from Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design strategy to align with product strategy and vision by collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
•Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
•Drive the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
•Deliver production-ready, high-quality web and mobile user experiences using Figma as the primary tool.
•Become the voice of the user by bringing their narrative to the forefront of product discussions.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional experience in heavy data B2B products; strong web and mobile portfolio with user-centric design
•Experience with Figma distributed version control tools
•Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
•Experience leading research initiatives and design initiatives with data-driven narratives
•Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to collaborate with peers, product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders
