  • •Coordinate and manage the team supporting A220 customer maintenance activities related to parts availability
  • •Initiate and deploy team improvement and cross-functional initiatives to ensure efficiency and cohesion
  • •Manage urgent/AOG situations with Satair and make timely risk-informed decisions under pressure
  • •Ensure governance adherence for CRM/DLA/AOG response times and response quality and other relevant operational rules
  • •Represent Airbus Canada Material Services in forums, and communicate with external suppliers, the assembly line, and Airbus stakeholders to optimize urgent parts allocation
