Lead and manage a team supporting A220 program in-service maintenance by ensuring spare parts availability and coordinating technical/logistic activities. Work closely with Airbus Customer Response Center stakeholders and the global parts distributor Satair, handling urgent AOG situations, governing response SLAs, and responding to customer requests. Implement performance management and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, while communicating directly with operators, suppliers, and Airbus teams in Toulouse.
