Own a technical product vertical end to end for a neobank superapp, covering strategy, outcomes, and roadmap through technical design and delivery. Lead work on high-stakes money movement across areas like payments, remittance, insurance, and wealth/trading, partnering closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance. Balance correctness, reliability, latency, cost, and UX while applying AI responsibly in regulated contexts.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end-to-end, including outcomes and metrics, prioritized backlog, and crisp acceptance criteria for building and testing.
•Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness, third-party rail behavior, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, or ops stakeholders.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, covering licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
•Apply AI responsibly by defining what it can decide, where humans stay in the loop, how it is evaluated, and what happens when it is unsure; ship behind external gates per partner and regulatory progress.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement under ambiguity and the ability to balance ambition with technical, regulatory, and operational reality.
•Solid system design fundamentals, including boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, and consistency under concurrency; ability to review and challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated or high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) and understanding why money movement requires correctness and irreversible-state handling.
•Hands-on AI judgement for LLM-based products, including framing features as evaluable and knowing when a model must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: an engineer or highly-technical-PM background, zero-to-one experience, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, defined eval metrics, and SEA market experience.
