Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, proposal strategies, and the transition from opportunity to award.
  • •Develop and manage capture planning and opportunity analysis, including market insights and price-to-win analyses.
  • •Drive proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation; support proposal pricing based on scope and required skills.
  • •Support legal, risk, and contract reviews and lead Readiness to Win and executive review processes.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) opportunity data and collaborate across EBL and sales/account teams to deliver capture strategies and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or an earth-science-related field plus 10 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency) and 2 years of leadership experience.
  • •Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
  • •Must be residing inside mainland USA territory; US citizens based outside the US will not be considered unless willing to relocate back within US mainland.
  • •Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
