Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the ERP Systems Manager in delivering effective practice and leading function-driven projects and initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • •Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements, supporting business process mapping and optimization.
  • •Design and implement system configurations and enhancements; partner with development teams to build, test, and deploy solutions.
  • •Provide ongoing system support (troubleshooting, change requests, upgrades, releases), training, and reporting support to ensure data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Experience in a techno-functional, business analyst, or similar role.
  • •Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle EBS R12.2 ERP systems.
  • •Experience with system implementations and integrations.
  • •Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, XML Publisher, Excel, and reporting platforms.
