Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain short-term production schedules to optimize sequencing and production resource utilization.
  • •Align daily and weekly production plans with demand priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability while monitoring schedule adherence.
  • •Manage work orders (raising, scheduling, closing) and coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth execution.
  • •Coordinate component and lacquered/printed sheet supply, monitor critical material stock levels, and support inventory optimization to minimize excess and obsolescence.
  • •Maintain planning data accuracy in ERP systems, support process improvements with the Supply Chain manager and team, and track scheduling KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •0-3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in manufacturing.
  • •University degree (ideally Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
  • •Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • •Knowledge of ERP logics; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
  • •Fluent Italian and English (other European languages are a plus).
