Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design of cohesive Goal-to-Cash (G2C) experiences spanning initial planning, quota-setting, and seller payouts.
  • •Gather requirements, create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories, and ensure on-time delivery meeting expectations.
  • •Perform data analytics and metric deep-dives to identify root causes and drive corrective action on success criteria deviations.
  • •Operationalize next-generation business models and accelerate go-to-market for recurring-revenue models with minimal user impact.
  • •Provide program and project leadership for SC3 operational readiness, proactively identifying and resolving risks and roadblocks.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated leadership of multiple programs or medium-to-large functional teams, with measurable outcomes.
