Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the programme vision, objectives, scope, and formal milestones with value drivers and delivery plans.
  • •Build and manage comprehensive programme plans, including budget oversight, resource allocation, progress tracking, and alignment to organizational goals.
  • •Establish governance and manage Steering Committee and sponsorship group activities, including decision documentation and action closure.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to manage interdependencies, risks, change, and successful project rollout.
  • •Oversee change management strategy (communications, training, change agent network), set KPIs/SLAs, and manage benefits realization and transition to Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in program management, focused on online programs or digital initiatives.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.
  • •Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in a global context.
  • •Experience working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
