Data Science Manager (Credit)

Lead Moniepoint’s consumer credit data science efforts, building and scaling models used for pricing, credit limit modeling, and production credit model deployment. Partner with Consumer Credit, Product, and Engineering teams to assess and price risk, design credit products, and measure outcomes across the credit lifecycle. Develop credit scoring and behavioral models, run experiments to improve approval and loss outcomes, and mentor squads on experimentation and data-driven decisioning.
