Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier relationships, building a strong performance-driven supplier network and monitoring compliance and KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost).
  • •Support global category management by deploying regional supplier strategies, conducting market scouting for potential new suppliers, and resolving deviations in supplier performance.
  • •Coordinate sourcing project management activities, including local supplier base exploration and participation in new product development/localisation sourcing projects.
  • •Secure timely execution of project milestones and work with regional quality to secure right-first-time test samples.
  • •Manage delivery performance by following up open purchase orders and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure on-time shipment execution.

Key Requirements

  • •BE in Mechanical or Production engineering.
  • •3-4 years of experience in sourcing engineering components.
  • •Basic project management and negotiation skills.
  • •Experience with PPAP and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
