Job Summary

Lead the global tax-advantaged partner ecosystem for Oura, shaping strategy, deal-making, and product/regulatory collaboration to expand reach and revenue in healthtech/benefits spaces. You’ll map ecosystems, design commercial models, pilot strategic initiatives, and align cross-functional teams with senior partner peers to scale the program.

•Strategy & Ecosystem Design: Define the global strategy for tax-advantaged channels, build a dynamic market map, test market expansion theses, and localize strategy with International leadership.
•Business Development & Deal Making: Source and advance net-new partner opportunities, design non-standard commercial models, lead pilots, and maintain senior-level partner relationships.
•Commercial & Product Model Design: Translate tax-advantaged mechanics into scalable commercial constructs and define partner-led product/data needs with cross-functional teams.
•Regulatory, Legal, & Compliance Innovation: Partner with Legal & Compliance to explore possibilities within regulatory frameworks and co-create new pathways for models globally.
•Cross-functional & Executive Leadership: Align Tax Advantaged programs with Product, Legal, Finance, Growth and Commercial leaders, and ensure smooth handoffs from strategy to activation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in business development or partnerships in healthtech, fintech, benefits, or adjacent industries; experience with HSA/FSA, payroll, insurance, or healthcare benefits strongly preferred.
•Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex strategic partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
•Deep comfort operating at the intersection of regulation, incentives, and product (e.g., tax-advantaged benefits, reimbursement, or regulated financial products).
•Strong executive presence and ability to influence and align Director/VP/GM-level stakeholders internally and externally.
•Highly analytical and hypothesis-driven, with the ability to turn ambiguous spaces into clear strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
