Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end inventory planning for all new Sephora UK store openings.
  • •Develop opening stock plans based on store size, format, assortment strategy, fixture capacity, and commercial objectives.
  • •Build and maintain inventory planning templates, frameworks, and assumptions for repeatable store launches.
  • •Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to align forecasts, trading assumptions, and operationally achievable stock requirements.
  • •Manage the inventory planning critical path, support launch replenishment settings, monitor stabilization performance, and coordinate handover into ongoing inventory management.
