Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-visibility GTM transformations, turning ambiguous business objectives into actionable activation strategies. Key Responsibilities

•Design and own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility GTM activation transformations.
•Lead large-scale shifts in organizational behavior, sales processes, and policy execution beyond standard IT/system changes.
•Act as an internal strategy consultant to identify core challenges, form a strong point of view, and design holistic solutions.
•Architect change and delivery playbooks that merge program rigor with advanced change methodologies so stakeholders are activated at launch.
•Influence cross-functionally, navigate stakeholder ecosystems, and measure success metrics focused on adoption and GTM performance.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of professional experience in corporate transformation, strategy and delivery, or complex organizational change management.
•Proven experience working closely with Go-To-Market functions, sales strategy, or revenue operations and how sales organizations operate and adapt.
•Strong track record driving large-scale, non-standard changes such as policy, behavioral, and operating model shifts.
•Ability to tackle ambiguity, synthesize complex inputs into a clear point of view, and pivot quickly when required.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence senior leadership; degree or equivalent relevant experience.
