As an Auto Parts Associate, you support the service department by identifying the right parts for internal and external customers and ensuring timely vehicle service. You receive, stock, and maintain inventory with accurate cycle counts, process shipments and returns, and control supplies to reduce waste. Using CarMax systems for allocation and documentation, you deliver clear, customer-focused communication while following Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and provide accurate parts for internal and external customers to ensure timely vehicle service.
•Receive, stock, and maintain inventory with precision, including cycle counts and proper stocking levels.
•Process shipments and returns, including incorrect or defective parts, ensuring vendor compliance.
•Control supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
•Allocate parts using CarMax systems for seamless workflow and accurate documentation, while maintaining a clean and orderly work area and meeting EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 27.2 hourly
