Key Responsibilities

•Tiered Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for developers on infrastructure, deployment, and access issues, managing requests via Jira and Slack
•Automated Infrastructure: Help manage and scale multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) using Terraform
•Developer Experience (DevEx): Maintain and improve CLI tools and internal APIs that simplify complex workflows for application teams
•CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and optimize deployment pipelines in GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
•Observability & Reliability: Monitor system health and performance, implement self-healing triggers, and participate in an on-call rotation
•AI Integration: Experiment with and implement LLM-based workflows to automate routine troubleshooting and documentation tasks

Key Requirements

•1–4 years in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering with a developer-first mindset
•Strong Azure infrastructure background, including networking, VNets, firewalls, Azure administration, and Windows/Linux server management
•Coding proficiency in Go (Golang) or Python, with ability to contribute to internal tools (CLI, API, HTMX)
•Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including traffic flow in a cluster and pod debugging
•Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or similar tools
