Drive store performance by ensuring sales and profitability targets are met and supporting day-to-day operations in line with adidas policies. Help the Store Manager develop associates through training, performance evaluation, succession planning, and staffing structures that improve productivity and manage payroll. Oversee compliance with legal, safety, visual merchandising, and security procedures; resolve customer complaints; and support inventory, documentation, and employee relations matters for the store.
