Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and review of landscape architecture designs from concept through detailed design, construction, and handover.
  • •Review landscape drawings, specifications, reports, material submissions, and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements and approved design intent.
  • •Coordinate landscape design requirements across softscape, hardscape, irrigation, streetscape, public realm, external furniture, and lighting interfaces.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, urban designers, consultants, and other disciplines to integrate landscape requirements.
  • •Support authority submissions and ensure designs comply with UAE regulations and municipality requirements; participate in site inspections and coordinate resolution of design conflicts and RFIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional landscape architecture accreditation or membership (advantage).
  • •Minimum 5–8 years of relevant landscape architecture experience, preferably in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or major project environments.
  • •Experience delivering landscape and public realm projects through design and construction stages.
  • •Proficiency with landscape design review and software, including AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
