Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop deep understanding of the Commercial Risk broking process and articulate business data/feature requirements.
  • •Partner with business, design, and development teams through discovery, development, and system adoption phases.
  • •Document requirements, walk through design specifications, and act on feedback to ensure system workflow and user experience align.
  • •Lead business testing and coordinate UAT, including producing testing content and consolidating issues/feedback.
  • •Drive change management and adoption: create usage reports, prepare training communications, supervise mailbox/teams chat, and maintain an action log for product development.
