Key Responsibilities

•Manage preparation and updates of marine system technical documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, installation/maintenance instructions, test/trials documentation).
•Provide technical support for equipment deficiencies and perform technical investigations including failure and root-cause analysis, risk assessments, and solution development.
•Analyze baseline change requirements affecting ships configuration, equipment, and software.
•Perform Life Cycle and Materiel Management (e.g., obsolescence, material compatibility, disposal management).
•Conduct design calculations and reviews for piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, structures, and other equipment.

•Bachelor’s degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering.

•English language proficiency (essential).
•Obtain and maintain a NATO Secret Security Clearance (and be eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program access).
