Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business clients by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Provide a consistent client experience through greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Educate clients on digital and self-service tools, partner with branch teams, and use available resources and technologies to deliver accurate, operationally excellent service.
