Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow the transport planning and consulting practice, aligning team objectives with broader business goals and ensuring client relations.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including public sector agencies and infrastructure operators, and represent the firm at meetings and industry events.
•Oversee delivery of complex transport planning projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance, while managing project risks and regulatory obligations.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transport planning sector, leading bids and proposals and collaborating with other lines on multidisciplinary projects.
•Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of transport planners and consultants, fostering collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
•Membership in professional bodies such as CIHT or TPS.
•Extensive experience in transport planning, with a proven track record in winning work and leading teams.
•Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
